The Sallie Harrison Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR) is located in Seminole County, Florida. Our chapter was organized in Sanford on November 15, 1918. The Sallie Harrison Chapter works within Seminole County to promote historic preservation, education, and patriotism.

The Sallie Harrison Chapter, NSDAR celebrated 100 years in 2018. The chapter was organized on November 15, 1918. Many chapter events reflect our history in Sanford and Seminole County.
Florida State Society Daughters of the American Revolution
Central Florida Scottish Highland Games
TBD - For more than ten years, the chapter has participated in Scottish Highland Games held in Winters Springs as a community outreach. It is also a fun way to introduce members of the Scottish community to DAR.

Annual Youth Awards Ceremony
February 10, 2023 - The Sallie Harrison Chapter honors the winners of the DAR Good Citizens Award and the American History Essay Contest. Held annually for more than 25 years.
